The Grand Olympian ballroom can serve up to 450 guests and features a pre-function lobby area, dressing rooms, and a large dance area.
VIVIAN
BALLROOM
The Vivian ballroom can serve up to 280 guests with a pre-function lobby area, dressing rooms, and permanent lit ceiling drapery.

Not to brag but we have the BEST DJs around! Not only will they work with you to craft your event playlist, but they will help throughout the whole event! From playing soft music during dinner, to dismissing each table for dinner, announcing your cake cutting, and even helping you get a photo with each of your tables with the DJ vs Photographer challenge like they did here!
Katherine & Preston had the DJ play a song and they ran around the ballroom with the photographer to capture an image with everyone while saving time. What a fun idea! 💡 🎵
